Birth Preparation & Support Package - $500

Prenatal Support

  • Birth planning

  • Text and email support

  • Two in-person prenatal visits

  • On-call support starting at 37 weeks

Labor & Birth Support

  • Support during labor & birth

  • 1-2 hours immediate postpartum support

Postpartum Support

  • Ongoing text and email support postpartum

  • One in-person postpartum visit

Fitness Addon - $100

  • Custom workout plan for each stage of pregnancy

  • Virtual personal training support

  • Postpartum core recovery program

Additional Postpartum Support - $25/hr

  • Help with baby care, feeding, housekeeping, errands

  • We will touch base beforehand to discuss your needs and preferences
